We strive to provide accurate and timely accounting services, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided to us. The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for our services.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our accounting services are as described on our website or as detailed in our engagement agreement with you. Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement.

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change with notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by ACCT Malaysia and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website or services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our website;
